651 Series Connectors
VMX 651 connectors are lightweight, robust, environmentally resistant connectors designed to meet the requirement of MIL-DTL-26482 Series-I, solder contact type. These miniature, three-point bayonet quick-lock type connectors find application in military, industrial equipment, and interconnection systems. Connectors are made from high quality materials tested to stringent quality standards and are available in a wide variety. These connectors are interchangeable and inter-mate able to all MIL-DTL-26482 II connectors, widely used for military, aerospace, and industrial applications.
Backshells

Caps with Chains & Cords
Dust caps are designed to provide environmental sealing to a wide range of connector applications. Designed to protect the connectors against dust, water, moisture, and EMI. In addition to the above-mentioned uses, it also prevents damage to the faces of the connectors & protects the contacts from accidental, wearable, and preventive damage extending the life of the connectors. Dust caps are designed to fit and protect any manufacturer/brand connectors.
Mil DTL 26482 Series II Connectors
MIL-DTL-26482, Standard Series II bayonet connector is miniature, circular with quick disconnect bayonet coupling type with rear insertable, rear releasable crimp contacts and interchangeable /inter-mate able to all MIL-DTL-26482 I connectors. It is environmentally protected and is offered in four receptacle-mounting styles including narrow and wide flange wall-mounting, cable connecting, and jam nut mounting receptacles. The connectors are available in different materials such as Aluminum, Stainless steel with different plating like Nickel, Cadmium, etc. VMX series provides many connectors shell styles unavailable in the mil-spec, including specialized thru-bulkhead and hermetic receptacles.
D38999 Series III Connectors
MIL-DTL-38999 Series III Connectors are high-performance cylindrical Hermetic connectors designed for cable-to-panel I/O applications for the military, commercial aerospace, and industrial applications. Offers reliable high-performance interconnect solutions for harsh environment applications. These Tri-start connectors provide features like environmental sealing, self-locking, quick screw coupling, corrosion resistance, durability, 360° shielding, scoop proof, etc., Available in materials such as Aluminum, Stainless steel, Titanium, Marine Bronze, and composite with different plating like Nickel, Cadmium, etc., VMX HI-Connectors provides the MIL-Equivalent Series III Connectors meeting and exceeding all of the specifications for performance and durability.
Underwater Connectors
VMX offers reliable high-performance interconnect solutions for extreme marine and underwater applications. These connectors are designed to withstand hydrostatic pressure of up to 600 bars and are suitable for use in high vibration & shock environments. Usage of Titanium, Marine Bronze & Super Duplex steel materials for the connector bodies make it a better choice for corrosive seawater applications. Different cable termination options by pressure gland and over-molding ensure both water tightness and mechanical retention of the cable with respect to the connector body.
Hermetic connectors
Hermetic connectors are manufactured to operate reliably in harsh and severe environments from cryogenics to extreme temperatures. Hermetic connectors are generally a sophisticated complex engineered sealing technology based on glass-to-metal sealing technology or other highly engineered sealing technology. Along with glass to metal sealing products, we also maintain resin-sealed hermetic connectors suited for lightweight applications. These connectors are designed to meet the requirements of MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-C-26482, and various other standard connectors.
Cable Assemblies
We manufacture electrical and optical cable harnesses for harsh environments of military, aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest cable cutting, stripping, soldering, crimping, over-molding, and testing equipment. Our skilled experienced technicians are trained in most of the industry-standard procedures critical to manufacturing specialized cable harnesses.
Fiber Optic Connectors
VMX offers a series of Fiber Optic connectors used in extreme conditions for military and aerospace applications. Our Fiber Optic connectors ensure reliable high data rates and high bandwidth connections. Fiber optic lines use only light pulses to transmit data making them immune to EMI, and RFI interferences. The compact size of these connectors and cables makes it possible to increase the redundancy of the systems.
D-Sub Connectors
D-Sub connectors as the name suggests is a D-shaped miniature connectors, having two or more parallel rows of contacts surrounded by a characteristic metal shell. These reliable, high-performance connectors are widely used in military, aerospace, and communication applications. These MIL-C-24308 compatible connectors ensure reliable connection in all applications where weight and precision are important. These connectors are also available in Dust- and splash-proof versions
